In our experience all homes can benefit from the installation of a heat pump. The critical issue is to ensure that the design of any system will maximise the benefits for your home. That is why we will visit every location or review building plans before making a quote.

Heat pumps can be fitted to old houses and new builds. They are more suited to under-floor heating systems but also work well with radiators. They are also ideal for heating swimming pools both indoor and outdoor.

  • We differ from much of the competition in so far as we will visit each and every location to undertake a survey prior to any quotation being provided. We undertake to explain the benefits and costs of various systems, for example ground loop versus bore-holes, to help the client make an informed decision. This visit will include a review the existing heat distribution system to ensure it is suitable for a heat pump.
  • We will guide customers through the grant process and if required will apply on their behalf.
  • We will take our customers through the energy cost benefits and help them to understand the impacts on their monthly bills.
  • As part of the commissioning process we will train every customer in the control and usage of their heat pump.
  • Each client will have a single point of contact for queries, concerns and invoices in respect of the whole breadth of our service. The project management of the installation, ground works and it's commissioning is included in any quotation that we give.
  • We will supply and install under-floor heating and controls to go with our heat pumps
  • We will ensure that disruption to clients is minimized. We have relationships with professional gardeners and landscapers to put back lawns, fields etc. to the condition that they were in before we commenced our installation.
  • We will also carry out insulation and heating reviews of houses and industrial premises. We will make recommendations and will undertake rectification work where it is needed.
  • We run a 7 days a week support team to assist with any issues that may occur with our equipment.
